Shipping policy

送料について

 ・8,000円（税込）以上の場合では送料無料となります。

・1回のご購入金額（1梱包）が8,000円（税込）未満の場合では送料として500円（税込）を頂戴します。 

役務または商品の引き渡し時期

・発送予定日→各商品ページに記載された期日通りに出荷

・ご予約商品と即納品をおまとめにご注文した場合は、すべて揃ってからの発送となります。

・配達予定日→当店は物流代理店経由で発送し、出荷日より約7-10日程度でお届けとなります。

・追跡について→出荷後5-7日間程度でネットで追跡できないことがございます。

ご不在・住所間違いについて

・お客様のご都合（不在、住所間違い）で商品が当店に返送された場合、再発送にかかる手数料（手数料500円＋送料全額2000円）お客様ご負担となります。

・ご不在により当店に返送されました商品は、返送後10日で処分となります。

・期限が過ぎましたらいかなる理由でも再送は出来かねます。

【Shipping Time】Standard international shipping usually takes 12–20 business days for delivery worldwide.

【Stock Availability】In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or an alternative replacement.
